I now started a reviewing podcasts live. Now, instead of pre-recording my reviews, I have taken a room at Ustream and have a full room of podcasters with a chat room and usually review about 5 to 10 podcasts every single night.
I figured while I am at it, let’s also voice my complaints about podcasts in general and ways to improve your podcast. One of them is that most podcast subscribers don’t want to listen for more than 20 minutes, although most podcasters have over 60 minute shows. Most people just don’t watch, let along download all that data onto their PCs, as these longer podcasts take longer to stream before the first second of audio video content is even rendered by the computer.
